With prime Tailgate season passing us by, Dunkin Donuts has turned its sight onto a new sandwich that will hopefully stand out more than the last one. Despite recent pronouncements that Bacon will in fact kill you, the new Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast sandwich promotes the processed, heavenly meat to the highest degree.
Now with double the bacon (4 strips), this sandwich is also outfitted with an egg and cheddar cheese and delivered via a croissant bun vehicle. The bacon is apparently sweet and spiced up with black pepper, so we’ll see how much punch it delivers when we try it out!
The new sandwich is just one of many items Dunkin Donuts has dumped on us with the passing of Halloween. Starting November 1, the coveted holiday flavors have returned. They’ve also gone full tilt on the Snicker Doodle train. New baked goods include the Snicker Doodle croissant Donut and the Caramel Cheese Cake Donut. On the drink front we get the Snicker Doodle Macchiato. Look for reviews on all the new products in the coming days. Also, if anyone has a recommendation for a good tailor that can help us loosen our pants a bit, that would be greatly appreciated.
