Guacamole is a super food that provides essential vitamins and good unsaturated fats that can be very beneficial to your diet.  While some people think it looks like “baby puke” and are turned off by the fact that it looks exotic and different, guacamole is extremely decedent and tasty.  Word on the street is that Chipotle has some of the best guac in the game, so it was time for me to hunker down, drop the premium price and tack on some green power to my chip swag.

Chipotle guacamole is made daily with fresh, natural ingredients.  Hand mashed avocados, freshly chopped cilantro, red onions, jalapeños, citrus juice, salt, and secret spices are all mashed together to create a creamy, rich, buttery texture that make all of Mexico crumble.

As advertised, Chipotle guac looks like a slice of suspended motion, ingredients pounded together and nestled up against one another like hobos seeking warmth.  A green pudding that is decadent as it is whimsical.  It’s essence creates an atmosphere of devotion and grace that was intimidating yet seductive.  Yeah, it smelled good too.

You know your guac is fresh whenever you dip in and get tangible hunks of Hass.  That’s what you get with Chipotle guacamole.  Dipping in one of their salty and crispy tortilla chips into the sultry swimming pool of dippage, you may think you’re just going to experience a salsa substitute, but you’re really about to rock your world.
It honestly felt like I was eating straight butter.  So divine and diverse that I felt like dancing around the room.  Each bite I wanted to sit back and just take it all in.  One bite after another felt like I needed a recovery period before moving on with my life.  Needless to say, it was some of the best guacamole I’ve experienced to date.
After the love affair ended, this is all that remained.  Not sure if I could get any more out I sheepishly tried to angle in a tortilla chip until I was finally defeated, left to wonder aimlessly until I had more in my world. A serving of Chipotle Guacamole has 150 calories, 13 grams of fat, and 6g of stomach stuffing fiber. But remember the majority of these are those good fats I was telling you about. So sit back and enjoy!
