Arby’s continues to push the limits of meat offered in fast food.  Its latest is Smokehouse Beef Short Rib.  Smoked for at least 6 hours, which I’d love to see the actual process behind this occurring, the meat is then pulled to tasty shards of deliciousness.  You can get the Short Rib in two new menu items: the Smokehouse Beef Short Rib Sandwich and/or Loaded Curly Fries.

The sandwich includes the aforementioned short rib, a slice of cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and BBQ sauce nestled between two bodacious slices of Texas Toast.  The loaded fries include a bed of Arby’s signature curly fries, shredded cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese sauce, the pulled Short Rib, smoked BBQ sauce, and crispy onions. Both are available for a limited time at Arby’s.
