Arby’s is opening their brand new NYC store tomorrow (December 10th) just west of Times Square. A bonus tidbit of the new location is some special breakfast sandwiches that will only be offered at the NYC store. Here’s a special first look at the new Brisket Biscuit Breakfast sandwich.
The build is a straight forward breakfast sandwich, Meat/Egg/Cheese on a bread platform. Arby’s has filled in the mad lib with Brisket and on a Biscuit–as the name suggests. Arby’s has been pushing their brisket hard this year, and we’ve been on board, but this sandwich might be the best showcase of the brisket so far:

The brisket was super juicy and had a solid brisket taste. The combo of juicy/fatty brisket plus the cheese and the biscuit makes for a really rich sandwich, but its not a huge sandwich. I put it away with ease. The biscuit was also pretty good too, one of the better fast food biscuits I’ve encountered, not dry or tough.

If you’re in the NYC area, and find yourself in Hells Kitchen tomorrow morning, you may want to consider swinging by and grabbing one. I have a feeling this will be coming soon to other Arby’s locations that have breakfast.
