Brand new for the month of February, Baskin Robbins has unveiled Chocolate Hazelnut ice cream. Featuring decadent chocolate ice cream, chocolate coated hazelnuts, and a hazelnut cookie fudge ribbon the ice cream can be served on its own or in a shake.
