Featuring two eggs, two sausage patties, bacon, and two slices of American cheese on a toasted “hoagie” bun. This Supreme Breakfast Sandwich retails for $3.99, packs 880 calories, and most likely should have been called The Extra Long Breakfast Sandwich.
