McDonald’s has been test marketing their new Daily Double Burger and Bacon Double Burgers in the Pittsburgh area, and being that we have this blog, I felt it was my responsibility to clog my arteries and take one for the team.
The new Bacon Double Cheeseburger was quite delicious. There were copious amounts of crispy thin bacon, plenty of cheese, and wayyyy too much ketchup and mustard. The thing packed a flavor punch, and for a $1.89, it was a pretty good deal. As I said in my previous post I’m not a fan of Mcdonald’s beef, but the flavor and crunch of the bacon aided in overcoming my fears.
