While seemingly the rest of America received the tasty looking Steak Fajita Flatbreads we wrote about yesterday, I happened to notice my local Arby’s promoting something different.  And when I received the local flyer posted above in the mail, I couldn’t help but think Pittsburgh was once again in the glorious world of test market items.

It turns out I was right.  Thanks to confirmation from Arby’s, we know that the Buttermilk Chicken Pepperoni Parm is indeed being tested in the Pittsburgh region.  Consisting of an all white meat Prime-Cut Buttermilk battered chicken breast, marinara sauce, a slice of parmesan cheese, and what appears to be deli cut pepperoni, this item looks like a very interesting eat.  Something similar to the once famous Chicken Pizziola from Subway, we’ll be sure to send out a report once we give this a try.
